With a population of over 700,000 people, Denver has the unique distinction of being a consolidated city and county. Denver is home to many sports facilities which provide access to a variety of professional sports teams and events. With a growth rate from the past twelve months of over 12 percent, the real estate market in the county is healthy and is expected to stay that way for the foreseeable future.
